Is the mockup really free?
Yes. We design a mockup of your new homepage so you can see what you would get. If you do not like it, you owe nothing.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name and you can take your site files with you whenever you like.
How long does it take?
Starter sites usually take 1–2 weeks, Standard 2–3 weeks and Premium 3–5 weeks, depending on how quickly we get your photos and details.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You pay for the build in two parts (half to start, half before launch). The Care Plan is monthly and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Can you update my existing website?
Usually we rebuild it, because a fresh build is faster and easier to look after. We will keep your domain and anything that is working well.
